NOTE: (Figure 22) Applying the items in bottom "Items for MUT to ignore" pane only changes the display. The additional files will still be uploaded, but only the TSV will show in the processing window. The configuration declutters the MUT upload list.
When MUT presents a "purple question mark", it indicates a file that MUT doesn't how to handle. By adding *.pdz and Results.csv to the MUT ignore list, MUT will no longer present them, nor attempt the processing it normally does for files that it does recognize.
Under 'Set active analyses...', be sure that the 'Handheld X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis' is set as the 'Active Analyses' (Fig. 23).
