This functionality is retired as of 397(?). iRIS (integrated rig instrumentation systems) have aggregated these functions via a different set of mechanisms: IRIS - Integrated Rig Instrumentation System.
As of expedition 392, the IRIS-DOW-SLB program supersedes the functionality of DOWComm at the RigWatch master. DOWRecapitulation Recapitulation and adaptation of prior work in Schlumberger Winch Data transfer to RigWatch (SLB to RW).
