This is the parent page for all Stratigraphic Correlation Support (SCORS) user guides.
Unlike most JOIDES Resolution applications and their user guides, SCORS is not only relevant on the JR also applies to users preparing for, or following up on shipboard stratigraphic correlation. The user guides are therefore maintained by Peter Blum on shore as long as the applications are being significantly updated. A copy of this set of page needs to be copied to the ship before each expedition if after changes have been made.
If you make changes to these user guides on the ship, please send them to Peter Blum so they can be integrated as appropriate on the shore version.
This collaboration should become more straightforward once the JRSO is moving to the cloud-based Confluence wiki.
